Wey and Arun Canal

A green and red canal boat travelling on the Wey and Arun Canal on a sunny day

Take a boat trip on the Wey and Arun canal and enjoy Sussex countryside and historic locks. The trips depart from the Onslow Arms in Loxwood and travel either to Brewhurst Bridge or further on to Drungewick Lock. The canal was an important trade route in the 19th century up until the Guildford to Horsham railway line opened. Check the Wey and Arun Canal Trust website for boat trip dates and times.
