- Add the mealworms, banana, mixed frozen berries, honey and oat milk in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
Please note, we used oat milk because it's a sustainable alternative to cow milk, and it adds a nice thickness to the smoothie. But you can use whichever milk you prefer!
1 banana, sliced
200g (7oz) frozen mixed berries
30g (1oz) mealworms
150ml (5oz) oat milk
1 tsp honey
